  1. Every adult (Everyone 18 years and older that will be living in the unit) must fill out a completed application.
  2. Credit score are part of our screening process you can be denied based on your credit score.
  3. Evictions, criminal convictions, or public judgments accounted to a property management or utility company are not accepted and will result in automatic denial.
  4. Combined net income must add to 3 times the monthly rent.
  5. Proof of income is required; to prove income, the last 2 month of paystubs need to be submitted OR 2 months of complete bank statements and tax returns can serve as proof of income.
  6. 2 government issued IDs are required; one ID must be a picture ID.
  7. All information in the application will be verified and must be truthful; if any of this information is found to be not true it will result on the denial of the application.
  8. Good landlord references are required for approval. if bad landlord references are obtained, this will cause the denial of your application.
  9. Online application fees will be charged at the time the application is submitted; fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
